The Module Library
Every community is built from the same set of modules - a community owner just picks which ones fit. This is the full list, and it's only going to get longer.
15 modules
Points
The currency underneath everything else
Award Points by QR scan or manually, and let members redeem, transfer, and build history with them. Most other modules - tiers, rewards, voting weight, giveaway odds - build on top of Points, but a community can run without it too.
History
Every transaction, in one place
A member's personal Point ledger - every earn, spend, and transfer, timestamped and searchable. No spreadsheets, no guessing what happened last week.
Rewards Catalog
What members redeem Points for
A branded catalog of products, experiences, or merchandise members redeem with Points. Set stock limits, availability windows, and shipping requirements per reward.
Reward Cards
Digital punch cards
The classic "buy 9, get 1 free" card, digitized. Fill every slot with a scan and the linked reward is granted automatically - then a fresh card starts right away.
Tiers
Status that means something
Up to 10 tiers based on lifetime Points earned, each with its own name, badge colour, and perks. Tiers aren't just cosmetic - they can weight voting power and giveaway odds too.
Leaderboard
Friendly competition
Ranks members by all-time Points earned. Members who'd rather not be seen can opt into an anonymous display name without losing their spot on the board.
Recurrence
Rewards that trigger themselves
Automatic bonuses for visit streaks or a monthly visit count - no manual tracking. Set the threshold once and Kizuno handles the rest, every time it's met.
Voting
Let members decide
Run real proposals members vote on - the next flavour, the next event, a rule change. Weight votes by membership, current Points, lifetime Points, or tier.
Randomizer
Automatic prize draws
Every member is entered automatically - no opt-in needed. Set a prize, a closing time, and how many winners, and Kizuno draws them the moment it closes.
Chat
A public room for the community
One group chat per community, with images, pinned messages, replies, and @mentions. Moderation tools - delete, pin, mute - are built in for owners and managers.
Messages
A direct line to your team
A private inbox between a member and your team - a shared line any manager can answer, without exposing individual staff identities.
Booking
Real appointments, not just a calendar link
Providers, services, and time slots - for anything from haircuts to studio sessions to court time. Supports approval workflows and per-member booking limits.
Menu
Built for cafΓ©s and restaurants
A structured menu with pricing in your currency, plus optional ingredients, EU-standard allergen tags, and macros - as much or as little detail as you want to show.
Events
What's coming up
List upcoming events with a photo, location, and time - an open mic night, a Saturday long run, a members' meetup. Cancel or reschedule without losing history.
Info
The basics, done simply
A description, a location, and your social links - for communities that just need a home page, not a full feature set.
The library keeps growing
New modules ship regularly, and every community gets them automatically - no upgrade required, no extra cost. Have an idea for one we're missing?
